I’m Megan Melendez, a proud Texan from Greenville. For over a decade, I worked in the construction industry, most recently running my family’s flooring business alongside my dad. It was in that world, often defined by grit and determination, that I built my confidence, resilience, and a deep understanding of my worth.
My dad’s guiding words, “never settle,” lit a fire in me that shaped both my personal and professional journey. When I lost him suddenly to a brain aneurysm, my world shifted overnight. That heartbreaking loss taught me just how crucial it is to have plans in place, not only to protect loved ones but also to safeguard the businesses and legacies families work so hard to build.
Today, as a financial services professional, I carry that lesson forward. My mission is to help families and business owners create lasting foundations of financial wellness; plans designed to protect, preserve, and grow across generations.
